In 2020, i remember standing at the edge of a dock at our family cabin, just having come to terms and coming clean to those i love the most about an addiction i had been hiding. I was staring into the water, in a world of heartbreak, praying to god that he would fast forward time.
Today, momentum supports well over 1,000 individuals in their journey to live life with meaning and freedom. The gifts that come from fighting for our hearts are gifts that can change this world.
With us, we hope you find a revived sense of purpose, a resurgence of empowerment, and a restoration back to your true self.
Let us all strive to battle for our hearts and live with momentum.

Jenz and his wife London love to play sports and enjoy the outdoors. Both former collegiate athletes, anything with some level of competition is a good time. If they aren’t building their businesses or playing sports, you will most likely find them on the water, in the mountains, or playing card games.
From the Beginning
“We have done all we can do, it’s all up to him now”.
Those were the doctor’s words a few hours after Jenz was born. Jenz was born with Infant Intracranial Hemorrhaging and the chances of him surviving his first few days were slim.
However, Jenz had someone who was willing to fight for me. I had a mother that chose to fight for my life.
Jenz seeks to honor my mother by fighting for the betterment of others. Jenz hopes to help individuals know that they are worth fighting for, no matter how “broken”, they might feel.
Jenz believes that by providing others with mental and emotional skills is the deepest way to make a lasting impact on an individual’s life. By increasing the mental and emotional performance of an individual, we increase the overall performance and quality of life of that individual.
